Here's my new boy. Yes, he's a whippet. I know, I said I'd never get one....
He'll be two in November. He gets along great with the greyhounds and is a very sweet boy.

whippets are beautiful. full of energy and semi-insane (only because of that energy), but beautiful. he has nice tocks.
he's not double muscled. that's good. poor wendy.
But he is heavily muscled, a skookum lad (as my dad would say). He's the calmest whippet I ever met, almost as laid-back as the greyhounds.

Sadly, my greyhound, Oscar, passed away on Monday. He was not even five yet.

I have been asking my husband for a dog for years now. He says I can have any animal BUT a dog (so 11 goats, a few english angoras, 10 chickens, and two horses later...I am asking him if he wants to re-think his answer and just give in and let me buy a dog..lol)
